Refund Policy

• Physical Merchandise: You may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping).

• Digital Products: All sales of digital downloads and PDFs are final—no refunds.

• How to Request a Return: Email orders@jfrankmusic.com with your order number and reason. We will issue a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

• Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
